Zheldoripoteka registers 3rd bond issue totalling RUR 2bn

The FFMS registered a 03-series bond issue of ZAO Zheldoripoteka and its prospectus on August 26. The issue is to be placed through public offering. TransCreditBank is to arrabge the issue.
