The FFMS decided to resume the 2nd bond issue of Strategia-Leasing (Perm) and register the issue prospectus on October 9. The issue will be placed through private offering. It comprises 50,000 bonds with a par value of RUR10,000 per bond. The issue was assigned state registration number 4-02-36082-R on October 9, 2008.
