Tomsk region to place 5-year bonds worth RUR2.5bn on November 27

The Tomsk region plans to place 5-year bonds worth RUR2.5bn on November 27, according to a source close to the issue arranger. The bonds carry quarterly coupons. Coupons 1-4 pay 13.75%. The coupon rate for year 2 is 13.5%, for year 3 it stands at 13%, for year 4 it sinks to 12% and for year 5 it is 11%. Sberbank is the arranger on the issue.
