- In 2005 the Congress was held in Almaty (Kazakhstan) counting over 260 fixed income market professionals.
- In 2006 the Congress was arranged in Riga (Latvia), attracting over 250 delegates.
- In 2007 the Congress took place in Baku (Azerbaijan), attended by 230 delegates.
- In 2008 the Congress took place in Vilnius (Lithuania), attended by 170 delegates.
This year the event is to be held in Minsk, the capital and the biggest city in Belarus.
The congress audience traditionally includes representatives of leading banks, investment institutions, corporations and government authorities.
The conference will focus on challenges and prospects of bond markets in CIS and Baltic States, as well as their investment attractiveness and risks. The congress agenda includes sessions and panel discussions.
The conference proceedings will be planned so that market participants from different countries are able to exchange their experience in terms of acute problems, investment ideas and discuss investment opportunities concerning debt instruments of neighboring countries.
