General Sponsor

 Up to 2 general sponsors
Package price: $8,000
The package includes:

1. Providing space for placing a big stand (up to 3m wide) in the conference lobby.
2. Placing the sponsor's banner stand or banner in the conference hall (priority right to choose a place).
3. Including the sponsor's advertising materials into the conference delegate pack (a booklet of up to 30 pages).
4. Providing space for distributing the sponsor's handout materials for congress participants.
5. Placing the sponsor's big logo on the cover of handout materials and on the conference website stating the sponsor's status.
6. Delegating one speaker to the conference (in case the topic is in line with the conference agenda).
7. Complimentary passes for 5 representatives of the sponsor (including the speaker).

The package includes:

1. Providing space for placing a stand (up to 2.5m wide) in the conference lobby.
2. Placing the sponsor's banner or a mini-stand in the conference hall.
3. Including the sponsor's advertising materials into the conference delegate pack (a booklet of up to 10 pages).
4. Providing space for distributing the sponsor's handout materials for congress participants.
5. Placing the sponsor's logo on the conference website stating the sponsor's status.
6. Placing the sponsor's logo on the cover of handout materials stating the sponsor's status.
7. Delegating one speaker to the conference (in case the topic is in line with the conference agenda).

The package includes:

3. Providing space for distributing the sponsor's handout materials for congress participants.
4. Placing the sponsor's logo on the conference website stating the sponsor's status.
5. Placing the sponsor's logo on the cover of handout materials stating the sponsor's status.
6. Delegating one speaker to the conference (in case the topic is in line with the conference agenda).
