The order book for the five-year deal reached EURO850m from 40 accounts. USD265 mln were sold of which 135 mln were new cash and 130 mln came from the exchange of the company due 2005 bonds. Geographical distribution of the investors were the following: UK - 47%; USA - 30%; France - 5%; Netherlands - 5%; Asia - 4%; other - 9%.
The bulk of demand came from the funds - 68%, banks took 17%, insurance and pension companies - 8%, retail - 7%. |
