Tables drawing up approach
1. International debt securities includes eurobonds, Credit Linked Notes (CLN), Euro Commercial Papers (ECP) issues are taking into account in drawing up the tables.
2. The tables are built on the par value basis.
3. The issues amounts are calculated in US dollars. In case of the other currency of denomination the issue amount is recounted to USD
4. Only issues lead-managers are listed in the tables. Other issue syndicate participants are not included. Book-runners and lead-managers are not distinguished.
5. The issue amount is divided proportionally among the lead-managers.
6. Data on the entities forming a one group is listed under one brand name.
7. Issues placed in year 2004 are taken into account.
61 issues of CLN and eurobonds of Russian and CIS issuers totaled USD 21.3 bln placed in 2004 are taken into account in league tables.
From that amount 47 issues totaled USD 16.8 bln. comes from Russia, 7 issues totalled USD 1.82 from Ukraine and 7 issues totaled USD 2.7 - from Kazakhstan.
