OOO Promtractor-Finance will place 03-series bonds worth RUR5bn on July 30, according to the company’s announcement. The issue has a 5 year tenor. It will be placed through public offering at 100% of par value. Coupon guidance is set at 12%. The issue has a put option on the 3rd workday of the 3rd coupon period.
The company currently has 2 outstanding bond issues totalling RUR4.5bn maturing in 2008 and 2011.
