During the Federation Council's plenary session on Wednesday, Russian Economy Minister Elvira Nabiullina is scheduled to make a report on the priorities of Russia's long-term social and economic development plan until 2020, the press office of the Russian parliament's upper chamber told RBC today.
Other items on the session's agenda include the ratification of a treaty on Russian-Latvian social welfare cooperation and a treaty on the creation of a customs union between Russia and Belarus. Along with several other documents, the senators are also expected to consider the ratification of a Russia-Belarus agreement ensuring the right of each country's citizens to travel and live freely in the other country. |
