Adamant redeems RUR1.463bn worth of 2nd bond issue
Adamant bought back RUR1.463bn worth of the 2nd bond issue on November 20. The buyback was exercised in the framework of a put option on a RUR2bn bond issue. Bondholders were to submit their requests on November 6-15, The issuer redeemed 73% of the issue at par. Requests submitted on November 16-20, will be addressed on December 1, when the second part of the put option is to be exercised.
