Novolipetsk Steel places RUR10bn in exchange bonds

OAO Novolipetsk Steel placed RUR10bn in exchange bonds via book-building on November 3. The 5th exchange bond issue was placed in full, according to the MICEX announcement. The bid-to-cover ratio exceeded 1.6 with demand reaching RUR16.211bn. The first coupon rate was set at 10.75%. The transaction was arranged by Gazprombank and Troika Dialog.
