Dealing operations on the Russian equity market
Our primary dealer status at the Moscow Interbank Currency Stock Exchange (MICEX) enables us to invest our own and clients’ cash in all kinds of assets on the Russian capital market with the purpose of management and maximizing financial performance.
Trust management in securities market
“KOIN” LLC offers a wide range of strategies, enabling efficient asset management and elaborated in terms of timing, size and yields, all meeting clients’ requirements. Acting on its own account and in the capacity of a Trustee, “KOIN” LLC represents the interests of a trustor client and follows solely the interests of the client and existing Russian legislation.
Brokerage
We enable our clients (individuals and entities) to trade securities on key Russian stock exchanges. We provide support in management of financial assets while ultimate decisions in management of securities portfolio rest exclusively with the client.
Depository services for clients’ assets
We open and maintain depository accounts for owners, nominee owners and trustees, record and certify the title to the client’s securities. “KOIN” LLC’s depository records and certifies transfer of securities and registers encumbrance of securities. The depository communicates information on corporate actions of issuers with respect to clients’ securities.
