JSC “The Fifth Power Generation Company” (JSC “OGK-5”) was established in the course of reorganization of RAO “UES of Russia.” The company is headquartered in Moscow with four production branches around Russia: Reftinskaya GRES, Nevinnomisskaya GRES, Sredneuralskaya GRES, and Konakovskaya GRES. Electrical capacity of OGK-5 amounts to 8.7 MWh. Thermal capacity amounts to 2242 Gcalh, which in total accounts for 8% of the installed capacity of thermal power plants in Russia. The client database of OGK-5 is diverse and includes power distribution companies and consumers.
