Sviaz-Bank has got “B2”/NP long-term foreign currency deposit rating and E+ financial sustainability rating by Moody’s Investors Service. Moody's Interfax Rating Agency rated Sviaz- bank Baa1.ru on the long-term credit rating on the National scale.
The bank's network comprises 49 regional branches and eight Moscow offices to enable successful cooperation with clients who also have extensive business networks. At present the bank is developing as a universal interregional credit institution under a development strategy approved by shareholders,.
Sviaz-bank is rapidly developing investment banking products, including corporate funding services. Since 2004 Sviaz-Bank has participated in over 90 ruble bond placements. The bank has been a manager of 50 ruble bonds with total value of over 110 bln rubles.
In 2007 the bank organized 21 ruble bond issues with an overall face value of 48,7 bln rubles, and has been ranked 10th for value of issues and 4-th for the number of issues among the Investment Banks according to CBonds. Also the bank is rated 3rd for the value of Federal and municipal issues by Cbonds and 2nd for the numbers of Federal and municipal issues. In 2007 Sviaz-Bank successfully placed its own debut bond issue in the amount of 2 bln rubles.
