Kapital Asset Management. As of April 1st, 2004, Kapital Asset Management was the largest Asset Management Company in Russia as measured by own capital of $80 million. It was 4th overall according to its assets under management of $925 million, including the assets of the Government Pension Fund, 31 Non-State Pension Funds, 25 Insurance Companies, and the assets of a number of corporate and private investors. In 2003, the company became a leader among Non-State Pension Fund managers, which have acquired the asset transfers from the Russian Federal Pension Fund. Kapital Asset Management has a A++ rating from the Russian rating agency Expert RA, and a AAA rating from the National Stock Market Participants Association (NAUFOR).
Brokerage Company Reserve Invest. BC Reserve Invest was the most profitable brokerage company in Russia earning $41 million in 2003. The Group’s Brokerage Unit is the second largest in Russia according to its capital which was $93 million as of January 1st, 2003. BC Reserve Invest has a AAA rating from the National Stock Market Participants Association (NAUFOR).
Kapital Investment Company. The professional skills and experience acquired by the Kapital Investment Company while cooperating with "LUKOIL" are now widely used to implement investment banking projects for other important external and internal clients both within and outside of Russia.
