In the first half of 2006 Alfa Banking Group generated operating income of USD 359.3 million (versus USD 269.2 million in the first half of 2005 and USD 653.2 million in 2005) and net profit of USD 114.8 million (versus USD 87.3 million in the first half of 2005 and USD 180.6 million in 2005).
