MDM-Bank will organize CLN issue for Kopeika Trading House
MDM-Bank will organize CLN (Credit Linked Notes) issue for Kopeika Trading House. The notes are expected to mature in 12 to 18 months and have a semiannual coupon. Prospective placement amount is estimated at USD30-40 mln. Proceeds will go to expansion of the company’s business.
